Terms And Policy Of Online Store

These terms apply to the sale of services through Details by Jessica Oy’s online store, and to all agreements between Details by Jessica Oy and its customers (both consumers and businesses), unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Entering into an Agreement

By purchasing a service package through our online store and completing payment at checkout, you confirm your order and accept these Terms & Conditions and current pricing. An order confirmation with these terms will be sent to your email.

Services may only be purchased by individuals over 18 years of age. Details by Jessica Oy assumes anyone completing an order and payment has the authority to do so.

 

Payment Terms

All prices on our website include VAT.
Available payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna.

 

Right of Cancellation and Refund

As per the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order — provided the service has not yet been delivered.

You may cancel your service purchase within 14 days at no cost, as long as we have not started the work.

If Details by Jessica Oy is unable to deliver the service, you are entitled to a refund equal to the value of the undelivered portion.

 

Service Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order details and number.
The service will be carried out at a time agreed between you and Details by Jessica Oy. All services must be used within 12 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise.

In certain cases, delivery is based on a custom agreement or project timeline.

After the 14-day cancellation period, no refunds will be issued.

 

Service Provider’s Obligations

Details by Jessica Oy performs all services with the care, quality, and professionalism expected of an experienced provider. We follow the agreed plan and are responsible for correcting technical errors at no extra cost. We also commit to informing clients immediately of any issues, delays, or changes.

 

Customer Responsibilities

When purchasing a service, you will be asked to provide your name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address, and payment information.
This information is used to manage your account, process payments, respond to inquiries, and prevent fraud.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided.
