Entering into a contract – ordering a service
When purchasing a service package from Details by Jessica Oy online store at https://www.detailsbyjessica.fi/?page_id=751 The order is confirmed by paying for the content in shopping cart in online store checkout function. By placing an order you accept these order and delivery terms and product prices. An order confirmation containing these terms and conditions will be sent by email.
Payment and payment terms
All service package prices mentioned on our website include valid VAT. On the website you can choose from the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard and Klarna.
Right of cancellation and return
The customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the consumer protection act provided that the purchased service work has not been carried out already. After purchasing a service package from our online store, the order can be canceled for 14 days free of charge, provided that the service has not been delivered.
In the event that Details by Jessica Oy´s ability to complete the service paid for by the customer is compromised, the customer has the right to demand a refund only for the amount corresponding to the proportion of unused services.

Details by Jessica Oy is responsible for ensuring that service delivery takes place according to the agreed plan. Details by Jessica Oy is obliged to correct any errors in the final products caused by technical errors at no additional cost to the customer. Details by Jessica Oy is obliged to report delays or other problems, changes or obstacles related to the final products or service delivery without delay.
When you purchase from us, we will ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We use this information for sending you information about your account and order, respond to your requests, refunds and complaints, process payments and prevent fraud, set up your account for our store.
